 *If you opt for the student rate, you will need to upload a student card. Postgraduates have to provide a written certification by the head of department.

Italian participants

Please note that any organisations wishing to sponsor the participation of Italian doctors must present their applications through our officially appointed agency at least 70 DAYS prior the beginning of the meeting (LAST DEADLINE IS 60 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNNG OF THE MEETING) , who will forward them to the Italian Health Ministry.The agent’s details are:

Group registrations Terms & Condition

GROUP REGISTRATION

The group registration process is possible for a minimum of 5 delegates or more.

In order to benefit from the reduced registration fees, please ensure the payment is received within 30 days after the invoice date indicated on your invoice.

At this stage no name registrations are possible. The final name list should be provided by 1 August 2021; click here to create your online group account.

Note: Each participant should have his own unique email address, the group leader email address can be used as cc email address.

On site Pre-Registration pick up for groups will be available upon request. At this meeting you will receive the registration kits and meeting bags with the printed meeting materials. Further details will be provide in a later stage.

Cancellation policy for registration fees:

 COVID clause: your registration will be converted from face to face to online participation in case you are not able to join in Aberdeen due to any COVID travel restrictions. The registration fee difference will be credited.

– Cancellations received up to and including 15 July, 2021 – full refund

– After 16 July, 2021 – no refund will be made
